1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
½ tbsp sugar (optional to reduce sweetness)
½ tbsp oligosaccharide
1 tsp sesame oil
A pinch of pepper

⏳ 1️⃣ Marinate chicken breast & vegetables in seasoning
Place chicken breast, cabbage, and onion in the seasoning sauce and marinate for more than 30 minutes. If you marinate the vegetables in the seasoning, you can feel a deeper savory flavor.

🔥 2️⃣ Stir-fry chicken breast
Preheat the pan to high heat and stir-fry the chicken breast and vegetables without oil.
When the chicken is half cooked, add green onions and stir-fry quickly.
When the chicken breast is fully cooked, add mozzarella cheese! 🧀
Cover the lid and wait until the cheese melts gently.

Lightly toast the bread to keep the crispy texture.
