Recipes:
Meatballs with Marinara:
1/2 onion, minced
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup parmesan
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Add a drizzle of olive oil to a skillet and cook onions until they are softened. Into a seperate bowl, add all other ingredients and mix together. Rolls into meatballs and lay them on a baking sheet that you have sprayed with oil. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Top with your favorite marinara and then pop back in the oven for a few minutes

Quick Sausage and Veggie Pasta:
1 lb sausage, beef, ground turkey or your favorite ground meat
1 onion, chopped
1 pepper, chopped
1.5 cups mushrooms, chopped

Start cooking ground meat in skillet. Add in veggies once the meat is about halway cooked- continue to cook until the meat is cooked through. Add minced garlic at this point and cook for a couple additional minutes. Add in your favorite marinara sauce and heat through. To make this healthier, I served this pasta sauce with banza chickpea pasta to make it higher in protein.

Buffalo Chicken Bowls:
Chicken – cut into 1 inch cubes.
Heat olive oil in skillet and add in chicken. Season with garlic powder and Tony’s seasoning. Cook the chicken through and prep all your favorite topppings. You can add whatever you want to these bowls but we chose to add, coleslaw, rice, avocado, cheese, tomatoes, peppers. After the bowls is assembled, drizzle the whole thing with buffalo sauce. I added plain greek yogurt on top of mine to make it more creamy.

Roasted Broccoli:
1-2 heads of broccoli
Cut broccoli into medium size pieces- wash and dry. Drizzle broccoli with olive oil and then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and chili powder. Add as much or as little as you like. Roast in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or so until they reach the doneness that you like.
