Here is the detailed recipe of pizza pockets

*RECIPE*
1. In a pan add one cube of butter. Add 1 tbsp of maida and mix until it become lumps free.
2. Add 1 cup of milk along with half cup boiled sweet corn, half diced onion, half diced capsicum, 1 tbsp chilli flakes and 1 tbsp oregano.
3. Give a good mix then add mozzarella cheese.
4. Take a bread. Cut the edges. Put the stuffing and seal the edges with slurry(mixture of 3 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp maida and water.)
5. Dip in slurry and coat with breadcrumbs.
6. Bake or air fry it for 10 to 15 minutes.
7. Serve hot. Your crispy cheesy pizza pockets is ready.
