High-Protein Chicken Quesadilla

Ingredients:

– 4 chicken thighs
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1 tbsp avocado oil
– 4 low-calorie tortillas (Mission Carb Balance)
– 112g reduced-fat mozzarella cheese (Lucerne)
– Drizzle with my healthy chipotle sauce (optional)

Instructions:

1. Add chicken thighs, oil, and seasonings (paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper) to a bowl. Mix evenly to coat and let marinate.
2. Cook the chicken on medium-high heat until golden brown and crispy. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
3. To a low-calorie tortilla, layer reduced-fat mozzarella cheese, cooked chicken, another layer of cheese, and drizzle with chipotle sauce (optional).
4. Fold the tortilla and toast in a pan on medium heat until golden brown and crisp.
5. Serve and enjoy!
