Today I am sharing 5 different lower weightwatchers point bowl recipes!

for all of these bowls I use a base of jasmine rice for 5 points! You can use any rice or base you’d like for these bowls including lettuce, spinach, cauliflower rice, pasta, couscous, quinoa, or anything else you’d like!
Bang bang shrimp bowl:

about 536 calories, 12g fat, 63g carbs, 44g protein
1 lb shrimp
Egg
1/2 cup panko
2-3 tbsp cornstarch
Bang bang seasoning
Garlic salt
Sauce:
2 tbsp light mayo
1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1-2 tsp sriracha
Lime juice
Garlic salt
Cucumber
Green onion
Edamame
Wonton strips
Meatloaf bowl:
8 points
about 540 calories, 12g fat, 64g carbs, 38g protein
meatloaf (I divided into 3 servings)
1 lb 93% ground beef
1/2 small onion
1 tsp garlic
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp BBQ sauce
1/4 cup fairlife fat free milk
1 egg
1/2 cup panko
Seasoning
BBQ sauce to top
Mushrooms
Grilled onions
Crispy fried onions
Green beans
Sauce:
1 tbsp BBQ sauce
1 tbsp Ketchup
1 tsp Coconut brown sugar
Garlic powder
Veggie bowl:

about 689 calories, 16g fat, 112g carbs, 32g protein
Black bean burger
Roasted corn
Veggie mix
Roasted potatoes
Dried edamame
Hatch almond dip or fire chili ranch
Thai peanut bowl:
9 points
about 551 calories, 17g fat, 62g carbs, 40g protein
Ground chicken or chicken breast
Carrots
Edamame
Cucumber
Green onion
Peanuts or wonton strips
Peanut sauce:
7g Peanut butter
2 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Toasted sesame oil
6g honey
Splash of lime juice
Garlic
Jambalaya bowl:
7 points
about 598 calories, 13g fat, 66g carbs, 52g protein
Shrimp
Andouille chicken sausage
Cooked chicken breast
Roasted diced tomatoes
Roasted corn
