✅Ingredients:

🔸1/2 cup of cooked sorghum
🔸1 Japanese yam
🔸1 can of EDEN or Jovial garbanzo beans – those are pressure cooked
🔸1 red onion
🔸1 carrot
🔸1/2 head of organic cauliflower
🔸1 red bell pepper – peeled and deseeded
🔸3/4 cup of Italian tomato sauce – strained (no seeds and no peels to avoid lectin protein)
🔸3 1/2 cups of filtered water
🔸3/4 cup of organic parsley

🧂Seasonings:

🔸2 1/2 tea spoons of iodized sea salt
🔸1 tea spoons of black pepper
🔸2 dash of cayenne pepper
🔸2 tea spoons of organic red chili powder
🔸1 tea spoon of cumin powder
🔸5 TBL spoons of olive oil

🌸Easy step 1:
Cook organic sorghum – while sorghum is cooking start making soup

🌸Step 2:
Chop red onions and yams pour water and start boiling for 12 min

🌸Step 3:
In 12 min add washed garbanzo, chopped cauliflower, carrots, red bell pepper peeled and deseeded, Italian tomato sauce and boil for another 8 min.

🌸Step3:
In 8 min add cooked sorghum, parsley, olive oil and all seasonings, serve hot
