To Make Garlic Butter Sauce

Unsalted Butter – 3 Tbsp
Garlic – 1 Tbsp
Italian Seasoning – 1 Tsp
Salt – 1 Tsp
Coriander Leaves

METHOD:

1. Take a pot with water and add the potatoes without skin.
2. Boil the potatoes until they are fully cooked and then remove them from the pot.
3. Transfer the boiled potatoes to a large bowl and mash them until they are completely soft and nice.
4. To the mashed potatoes, add salt, red chilli flakes, pepper powder, Italian seasoning, chopped garlic and corn flour.
5. Mix everything well and prepare a thick dough-like mixture.
6. Apply some oil on the palms and gently start rolling the potato dough into small balls.
7. Heat a kadai and pour oil in it enough for deep frying.
8. Fry the potato balls until they are golden brown and keep them aside.
9. For the butter garlic sauce, take a pan and add butter.
10. To it add chopped garlic cloves, Italian seasoning and salt and mix well.
11. Once the butter melts fully, add the finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Butter garlic sauce is ready.
12. Now arrange all the potato balls in a plate and pour the prepared butter garlic sauce on them.
13. Yummy and delectable Garlic Butter Potato Balls are ready to be served hot and nice.
