Low-Calorie Paneer Mushroom Broccoli Pulao | High-Protein Diet Rice | Weight Loss & Healthy Meal
Ingredients (Serves 2)
Main Ingredients:
½ cup basmati rice, soaked
100g paneer, cubed
½ cup mushrooms, sliced
½ cup broccoli florets
1 medium onion, finely sliced
½ carrot, sliced
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
½ tsp shahi biryani masala
Whole Spices:
1 bay leaf
1 black cardamom
2 green cardamoms
2 cloves
4-5 black peppercorns
1 small cinnamon stick
Extras:
1 tsp ghee
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander for garnish
Shortened Cooking Steps
1. Soak ½ cup rice for 20 minutes, then drain.
2. Heat 1 tsp ghee, add whole spices, and let them crackle.
3. Sauté onions until golden, then add mushrooms, broccoli, and paneer.
4. Stir-fry for a minute, add rice, salt, and 1 cup water.
5. Cover and cook until rice is done.
6. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
