recipe:
-200g medium cooked shrimp, thawed & seasoned with citrus garlic seasoning
-Cook on low heat for 1 minute. Reduce heat and stir in 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce Mango Salsa:
-70g diced mango (about 1/2 cup)
-25g diced cherry tomatoes (about 1/4 cup)
-1 tosp diced red onion
-1 tbsp chopped cilantro
-1/2 tsp Chile lime seasoning
-juice from 1/2 a lime (about 1 tbsp)
Serve shrimp and mango salsa over 1/2 cup cooked minute white rice and with 1/2 cup diced cucumber. Top with lime juice & cilantro
-Whole meal is about 310 calories / 29g
