1 cup bow tie pasta
ground beef + 1/4 cup of an onion and seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lots of paprika!
1/2 cup plain non fat greek yogurt & add in 3 gloves of garlic
1-2 tbsp butter melted with paprika
top with fresh parsley
