Grab a high protein Greek yogurt of choice and add three tbsp of PBFit. I know that’s a lot – but it makes the consistency just right. Then melt 28g of low sugar chocolate chips.
I don’t use coconut oil when I melt the chocolate chips because it adds too many calories. So I add just a teeny bit of cashew milk instead . I think microwaving for 10 seconds would have yielded better results.
