Ragi Burger Buns
Makes 6 mini buns
𝑹𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒆:
*Ragi Grain-1 1/2 cup
*Psyllium Husk(whole)- 2 tbsp
*Water- 1/2 cup
*Olive Oil- 1 tbsp
*Baking Soda-1/2 tsp
*Vinegar/Lemon Juice-1 tbsp
*Salt-1 tsp
*Sugar/ Monkfruit Sweetener- 1 tsp

𝑴𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒅:
♥Wash & soak Ragi overnight.
♥Drain & grind with minimal water to a thick smooth paste.
♥Pour out in a large bowl.
♥Add water, monkfruit & salt. Mix.
♥Add Psyllium Husk & mix. Rest for 15mins.
♥Add olive oil & knead for a min.
♥Add baking soda & vinegar.
♥Knead gently for a min.
♥Grease hands & shape into balls. Sprinkle sesame.
♥Airy fry for 20mins at 220C.
♥Brush butter when hot & cool to room temperature.
♥Store in airtight boxes in the fridge.
