Say NO to Overnight Oats❌
Breakfast needs to be high in proteins and fats and not in carbs and fibres. Yes, fibres take time to breakdown but if you waste a major meal of your day and provide 6-7g of protein from a meal as real food then how are you going to fulfil the rest of your protein in a day? With a scoop of protein and collagen this meal is 57-60g protein and overnight oats with a scoop of protein only will give you around 30-32 g of protein. (Without proteins coming from real foods). Unless your meals are savoury you won’t feel satiated for long and the fibres in overnight oats are not sufficient and enough to keep you satiated. Stop depending on fibres and start focusing on proteins and fats in breakfast 🌱
