480 Calories | 40g Protein | 55g Carbs | 12g Fat

INGREDIENTS

Gochujang Marinade:
– 50g (3 Tbs) Gochujang
– 60g (1/4 Cup) Soy Sauce
– 20g Rice Wine Vinegar
– 1 tsp Sesame Oil
– 2 Tbs Honey
– 3g Ginger Powder
– 5 Cloves Garlic, Minced

Other Ingredients:
– 1.5 lbs Chicken Thighs
– 1 Large Flour Tortilla
– 1 Corn Tortilla or Tostada
– Shredded Cabbage
– Green Onions

Sauce:
– 150g Greek Yogurt
– 2 Tbs Gochujang Marinade
– 1 Tbs Gochugaru

Cucumber Salad:
– 3 Mini Cucumbers
– 1 Tbs Thinly Sliced Green Onions
– 1 Garlic Clove, Minced
– 1 tsp Gochugaru
– 1 tsp Salt
– 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
– 1 Tbs Rice Vinegar
– 1 tsp Sugar or Erythritol
– 1 tsp Sesame Oil

Cook chicken 7/10 heat for 4 minutes per side, then chop up and put it back in the pan with the remaining gochujang.
