Farali Shakarkandi Chaat

Ingredients:
4 no – Sweet Potato (Washed)
Method:
Take an Idli Steamer and Steam Sweet Potatoes for 15-20 Min.

Special Masala:
Ingredients:
1 tsp – Black Salt
1 tsp – Roasted Cumin Powder
2 tsp – Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp – Black Pepper Powder
Garnish:
Sweet Curd
Sweet Chutney
Green Chutney
Coriander Leaves Chopped
Anaar Dana
Method:
Take a Small Bowl and add all the above Ingredients.
Take a Cooked Sweet Potato and Peel them. And Cut into Big thick Slice and Fry till light Golden in Hot Oil. And Press with Glass and again Fry till golden.
Take a Plate and arrange Fried Sweet Potato. And Sprinkle above Masala, Pour Sweet Curd, Sweet Chutney, Green Chutney, Peanuts, Annar Dana, Special Masala, Coriander Leaves. Serve.
