Farali misal is a maharashtrian recipe for fasting. It is very delicious, easy to make potato-peanut based stew topped with some crunchy potato chivda.

INGREDIENTS :
– Boiled and chopped potatoes – 3 medium
– Boiled peanuts – 1/2 cup
– Freshly grated coconut – 4 tablespoons
– Roasted peanuts powder – 2 tablespoons
– Chopped coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon
– Ghee (clarified butter) or oil – 2 teaspoons
– Cumin seeds (jeera) – 1 teaspoon
– Chopped green chilli – 1 or 2
– Chopped ginger – 1 teaspoon
– Farali potato chivda – 1/2 cup
– Salt – as per taste
– Water – as required
