Ingredients:
270g pumpkin flesh
3–4 tbsp water
450g high-grade wheat flour
15g fresh yeast (or 5g instant dry yeast)
70g honey
45g milk
80g sunflower oil (odorless)
2/3 tsp salt
Tools:
Blender or potato masher for pumpkin
Deep bowl for dough
Spatula or spoon for mixing
Towel for covering the dough
Oven
Cooling rack
Thread or twine for tying the bread
Cooking Time:
Preparation: 20 minutes
Dough fermentation: 1.5–2 hours
Baking: 40 minutes
