This no-fry veggie puff is a lighter, healthier take on the classic, with stir-fried veggies, savory sauces, and crispy pita bread. A perfect quick snack or meal option for anyone looking for a guilt-free snack. Try this healthier alternative to the traditional oily puff recipe!

Ingredients:

1 Onion (finely chopped)
1 Capsicum (chopped)
1 Carrot (grated or chopped)
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp Oil (for stir-frying)
Pita Bread (as required)
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Ketchup

Instructions:

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, capsicum, and carrot until tender.
Add salt and pepper to taste, and stir well.
Turn off the flame and mix in mayonnaise and ketchup. Stir to combine.
Stuff the veggie mixture into pita bread and seal it.
Shallow fry the stuffed pita in a pan until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Serve hot and enjoy!
