Rough Recipe
For the chicken:
2 chicken breasts (or thighs)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper

For the sauce:
½ cup yogurt
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp lemon zest
1 tsp olive oil
Salt to taste

For assembling the wrap:
2 large wraps or pita bread
1 small cucumber, sliced
1 small tomato, sliced
2 tbsp pesto
Fresh parsley or cilantro (optional)

Instructions:
-Mix olive oil and spices in a bowl, then coat the chicken well.
-Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and fully cooked.
-Remove from the pan, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
-In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, and salt.
-Place a wrap or pita on a clean surface.
-Add sliced chicken, cucumber, and tomato.
-Drizzle the yogurt-tahini sauce and pesto over the filling.
-Sprinkle fresh parsley or cilantro if using.
-Fold the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
-Enjoy!
