Here’s my version of chicken kebabs and although it’s not an authentic recipe, this kebabs never fails to amaze with the taste and texture.

Ingredients:
900g boneless chicken
1 large onion, chopped
2 green chillies
5-6 garlic cloves
1½ cup of coriander leaves
1½ tsp pepper powder
1 tsp fennel powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste

Notes:
1. Make sure there’s no excess water in the chicken.
2. Also make sure to refrigerate the kebab mixture for 2 hours.
