INGREDIENTS

– 16 Dumpling Wrappers
– Cilantro
– 1/2 Cup Water (for steaming dumplings)

Chicken:
– 1 lb Ground Chicken Breast
– 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
– 1/4 Red Onion, Minced
– 2 Green Onion Stalks
– Chopped Cilantro
– 1.5 tsp Garam Masala
– 1 tsp Turmeric
– 1/2 tsp Cumin
– 1 tsp Chili Powder
– 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
– 1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
– 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
– 1.5 tsp Salt

Butter Chicken Sauce:
– 400g Canned Chopped Tomatoes
– 10g Light Butter
– 1/2 White Onion
– 4 Cloves of Garlic, Chopped
– 1 tsp Turmuric
– 1.25 tsp Salt
– 1.5 tsp Garam Masala
– 1/2 tsp Cumin
– 1 tsp Chili Powder
– 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
– 1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
– 80g Greek Yogurt
– 120g Water
*Makes enough sauce for 4 servings

Bake @ 400°F for 30-40 minutes.
