INGREDIENTS
•1/8 cup chia seeds
•1 scoop @legion peanut butter chocolate cup protein powder (use code 2XW for extra savings)
•1/2 cup milk of choice
•1 cup strawberries or other berries of choice (you can also use jam!)
INSTRUCTIONS
•Mix your dry ingredients in a bowl before adding you milk and mixing again.
•Add berries and let sit for a few hours or overnight!
Makes 1 serving (macros with 2% yogurt and collagen)
Total calories per serving: 315
Protein: 32g
Carbs: 23g
Fat: 11g
