Today I am sharing 3 dinner recipes that are helping me on my weight loss journey!

I am making taco bakes, mac and cheese, and jalapeno popper pizza bakes!
Taco bakes: 7 points each bake
About 518 calories, 20g fat, 48g carbs, 43g protein
About 3/4 cup Veggie mix
4-5 oz cooked ground chicken, taco seasoned
3 corn tortillas
About 4 oz salsa
1 oz reduced fat shredded cheese
Mac & Cheese: 10 points
About 620 calories, 15g fat, 68g carbs, 58g protein
Makes 2 entree size servings
6 oz pasta, dry
3/4 cup fairlife fat free milk
2 light laughing cow wedges
2 slices thin sliced cheese
Onion powder
Garlic salt
6g butter
Optional toppings but I used veggie mix (pepper & onion) and 5 oz blackened chicken
Jalapeño popper pizza bakes: 12 points per bake
About 720 calories, 22g fat, 66g carbs, 62g protein
Makes two bakes:
2/3 all purpose flour
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
Seasoning of choice
Toppings per pizza:
1 light laughing cow wedges
2 slices center cut bacon
Fresh jalapeño
20g rf shredded cheese
5 oz ground chicken
bake at 400 for 10 minutes with just crust- then add toppings and bake another 10, rotate and 10 more minutes!
