🥦 Broccoli Superfood Salad with Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
1 broccoli
2 tbsp vinegar (for cleaning)
3 strips of fat-free bacon
2 eggs
For the dressing:
3 tbsp sesame seeds
3 tbsp mayonnaise
0.5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp allulose (or another sweetener of your choice)
A pinch of salt
Black pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Clean the broccoli:
Soak the broccoli in water with 2 tbsp of vinegar for 10 minutes to clean it.
Blanch the broccoli:
Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and blanch it in boiling water for 1 minute.
Alternatively, you can microwave the broccoli: Place the pieces in a bowl with 1 tbsp of water, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2 minutes.
Prepare the sauce:
Grind the sesame seeds (using a mortar and pestle for a richer flavor).
In a bowl, mix the sesame seeds, 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 0.5 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp allulose, and a pinch of salt.
Combine:
In a large bowl, combine the blanched broccoli (about 150g), 3 strips of fat-free bacon (cooked and chopped), and 2 boiled eggs (chopped).
Add half of the sauce and mix. Add more sauce according to your taste preference.
Final touch:
Sprinkle with black pepper to finish, and enjoy your nutritious salad!
