These were incredible, honestly the Boursin just took it to a whole new level 🤤. Such a nice treat and so so filling too.

Ingredients
.
500g lean beef mince
1 onion (finely diced)
2 cloves garlic (finely grated)
2 peppers (finely diced)
1 packet of taco mix- I used @herdezmexico that was gifted in this months @degustabox_uk
4 wraps- I used chargrilled @missionwrapsuk_ that were gifted in this months @degustabox_uk
4 small wraps- I used @missionwrapsuk_
64g @boursincheese – I used the individual packs of Boursin.
80g cheese- I used a mix of cheddar and Red Leicester.
Tortilla chips- I used @misterfreedtortillas that were gifted in this months degustabox
Fresh coriander (optional)
Sauce- I used @crucial_sauce spicy mayo

Method.
.
Start by frying off your beef mince, once it’s starting to brown add in the onions and peppers. Once they’ve softened add in the garlic and the taco seasoning. Add the Boursin onto the wrap then top with the beef mince, cheese, tortilla chips, sauce and coriander. Place the little wrap on the top and fold as seen in the video. Toast in a dry frying pan, sealing the wrap shut. Serve and enjoy.

Syns- 3 (Boursin) HEA, not sure how many calories the wraps are but you could always use a HEB alternative.
