Dough Recipe:
2 ¼ cups (280g) all-purpose or bread flour
1 ½ tsp instant or active dry yeast (add this to the water and wait 5 mins before adding to the flour)
1 tsp salt
¾ cup (180ml) warm water
1 tbsp olive oil
Let it raise for 1-2 hours

Sauce: tomato, pepper, garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano

Cook at 475F for 15-20 minutes
