Radish – “When someone’s kida rad, but not too rad”.

We decided to start our summer with a very healthy and super light Radish & Egg salad. This recipe is so easy that it requires no further explanation.

Ingredients:

– Greek Yogurt
– Radishes
– Cucumber
– Dill
– Scallions
– 3 Eggs
– juice from 1 lemon

Instructions:

1. Cook hard boil eggs, chill, peel, and set aside.
2. For dressing: mix together Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, and season to taste.
3. Next, chop scallions.
4. For radishes and cucumbers carefully use mandolin to get those slices.
5. Next, roughly chop some eggs.
6. Mix with the dressing and serve right away.
