Easy meal prep food that’ll make you feel amazing!

Meal prepping is the best to support you if you want to eat healthier, have more energy, save money, balance hormones… so when you know you’ll be too busy, you’ll be able reach for something healthy and delicious.

✨Fresh fruit- bananas and grapes

✨Breakfast✨Healthy and soft chocolate date cake✨gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, free of refined sugars.
It’s soooo good and perfect for breakfast as no sugar spikes and it gives you sustained energy. Does anyone else love eating treat-like foods certain times of the month?.. this is a winner for breakfast!

✨Mint chocolate chip smoothie✨I choose to meal prep my morning smoothie produce so all I have to do is blend it and put it in a cup. You want the smoothie to be fresh to have the most nutrients!
👉This tasty smoothie: celery, parsley, banana, dandelion greens, watercress, cacao nibs (not cocoa!), 1 tbsp mint chlorophyll (or use fresh mint if not) and topped with coconut water and soy milk

✨Lunch box: oven roasted potatoes (peel, cut, add olive oil, Celtic salt and pepper… roast until crispy) 1/2 cup butter bean hummus (recipe is in last week’s meal prep video) and snap peas
