Soya chunks-1 cup

Bread crumbs -1 cup
Corn flour- quarter cup
Maida/all purpose flour-quarter cup
Salt
Chilli powder
Corriender powder
Amchur powder
Preparation:
Boil potatoes and mash them. Boil Soya chunks and grind it into paste. Take a bowl add chopped onions, carrot, mashed aloo, corn flour,maida, Salt, chilli powder , Corriender powder, amchur powder,bread crumbs and mix into a thick dough. Now make it into patties and shallow fry them in oil on a pan. Serve hot..
