Maybe if I post this meal 50x people will realise I do truly eat the same thing each day. 🤓

Cool story:
I finished a bulk in April and since then I’ve lost 9lbs of the fat I gained.
It’s been very easy because I decided to just eat the same breakfast and lunch each day and make my habits solid as a rock.

The only difference now to when I started my weight loss journey is I do use protein powder, but the calories are the same because I used to add banana or a sweetener.

This is a perfect meal for fat loss as it’s filling and low calorie. I use quick oats as they cook faster and I’m lazy and impatient.
