I wanted to experiment and bake pull-apart bread with garlic butter and layered cheese! 🧄🧈🧀🍞
Well, it all started off so well—the dough turned out great… But….))))
In my case, I think, the problem was with the proofing. The dough rose well on the top and bottom, but not so much inside. Next time, I’ll proof it overnight in the fridge and then let it rise further at room temperature. 🍞
Overall, it turned out tasty, but I won’t be sharing the recipe yet—it needs some tweaking. 😊🍞
