Ingredients

2 Zucchini
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1-2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
1-2 tsp Onion Powder
1-2 tsp Garlic Powder
1-2 tsp Paprika
1-2 tsp Pepper

Instructions
With a mandolin or knife, sliced zucchini, as thin as you would like
If you are using a mandolin, I would go to a level three so that they’re not crazy thin

Line them on a paper towel and sprinkle with salt
Let them sit for 10 minutes so that the salt brings the water out of them

If you don’t love salt now would be a great time to rinse all of your zucchini chips. Otherwise placed them in a bowl and sprinkle with seasoning and oil making sure to coat all of it.

On a parchment line baking sheet, put them in a row and bake at 250°. Check them after an hour and flip them.
Keep an eye on them within the next half hour to make sure that they are not burning
