Ingredients:
💛Banana(over ripe) – 1 no
💛Melted butter – 56 g
💛Powdered Jaggery/ Brown Sugar – 45 g
💛Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
💛Whole Wheat flour – 60 g
💛Oats flour – 45 g
💛Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
💛Baking soda – 1/4 tsp
💛Milk – 60 ml
💛Milk Chocolate chips – 30 grams
💛Wheat flour(to mix with chocochips) – 1 tbsp
Method:
• To a bowl, add the banana and mash it well.
• Now add the melted butter and powdered jaggery and mix it together.
• Sift together whole wheat flour, oat flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
• Now start adding the sifted flour mixture to the mashed banana mixture and gently fold it with a spatula.
• Once there are no lumps, add the milk and mix it.
• To the chocolate chips, add a tbsp of wheat flour and add this to the batter (this prevents the chocolate chips from sinking to the bottom)
• Transfer the batter to a bake and serve mold.
• Bake it in a preheated oven at 180⁰C for 35 to 40 mins.
• You can actually serve this hot because it’s that good🤤
