Oven should be on 350F and bake time is around 20 minutes.

For the filling, you can use any veggies, cheese or meats you want. (Precook the meat) I like to use onions, peppers, mushrooms, ham, bacon and cheese.
Estimate 1 egg for every 2 muffins if adding other ingredients in such as veggies, hears or cheese.
