*RECIPE*
1. Put 2 tsp of ghee in a pan and saute a chopped green chilli, ginger and garlic seed, now add a chopped onion, and saute for a minute, now add a half chopped capsicum, half chopped carrot, and and pour peas into it.
2. Saute all the ingredients for 1 to 2 minutes, now add 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander Powder, table salt, garam Masala, saute all the ingredients well for a minute.
3. Now pour cooked rice to it, and mix it with all the ingredients.
4. Now add paneer cubes along with green coriander and mix them well.
5. Your healthy vegetable rice is ready, enjoy.
