Here is the detailed recipe of healthy poha chilla
*RECIPE*
1. Put 50 to 100 gm of soaked poha in a blender along with 2 to 3 tbsp of curd, and 50 to 80 ml of water, now blend the ingredients well and make mixture out of it.
2. Put the mixture in a bowl and add a chopped onion, half chopped tomato, a chopped green chilli, 1/2 tbsp of red chilli powder, table salt, 1/2 tsp of coriander powder, and mix it well.
3. Now add 1/2 tsp of baking soda along with chopped coriander leaves.
4. Mix the ingredients well and put a small portion on tawa with ghee on it, (low to medium flame)
5. Cook it from both the sides gently untill it turn golden brown.
6. Your delicious healthy poha chilla is ready, enjoy.
