Here is the detailed recipe of healthy poha chilla

*RECIPE*
1. Put 50 to 100 gm of soaked poha in a blender along with 2 to 3 tbsp of curd, and 50 to 80 ml of water, now blend the ingredients well and make mixture out of it.
2. ⁠Put the mixture in a bowl and add a chopped onion, half chopped tomato, a chopped green chilli, 1/2 tbsp of red chilli powder, table salt, 1/2 tsp of coriander powder, and mix it well.
3. ⁠Now add 1/2 tsp of baking soda along with chopped coriander leaves.
4. Mix the ingredients well and put a small portion on tawa with ghee on it, (low to medium flame)
5. ⁠Cook it from both the sides gently untill it turn golden brown.
6. ⁠Your delicious healthy poha chilla is ready, enjoy.
