For the Batter:
2 eggs
80 g flour
100 g low-fat quark
2 tbsp Erythritol*
150 ml almond milk
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp matcha powder
For the Filling
125 g low-fat quark
50 g cream cheese
1 Scoop Guilt-free Creamy&Sweet powder*
2 Scoops Guosto flavoring powder white chocolate*
A little water

Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, flour, quark, Erythritol and almond milk until smooth.
Divide the batter into three equal portions (about 100 g each).
Mix cocoa powder into one portion and matcha powder into another (add food coloring for more vibrant colors if desired).
Pour about 50 g of batter into a hot pan, spread it thinly, and let it set briefly.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling by mixing quark, cream cheese, cream powder and white chocolate flavor. Add a little water to achieve a creamy consistency.
Place two crêpes slightly overlapping on a flat surface, spread the filling in the center and top with crumbled Oreo, strawberry slices and mango pieces.
Fold the sides towards the center to create a rectangle, then carefully roll it up.
