Protein-packed Oat Yogurt Banana bread -Healthy Diet Recipe! No Flour, No Refined Sugar

Today, let’s make No Flour, No Refined Sugar –
A Wholesome Treat! Deliciously Moist & Fluffy
Banana Loaf with Dried Fruits.
This moist and fluffy banana loaf is made with oat and almond flour,
Naturally sweetened with fruits and maple syrup.
A healthier twist with Greek yogurt,
Packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats,
it’s a guilt-free delight for any time of the day! Let’s get started!
Ingredients:
• 2 eggs(100g without shells) (room temperature)
• 1 ripe banana (120g after-peeled)), mashed
• 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt (30g)(for moisture and protein)
• 15g of extra virgin olive oil (for softness and better texture)
• 2 tablespoons of organic maple syrup (30g) (optional, for extra sweetness)
• 100g of whole grain oat flour + 90g almond flour
•30g dried Sun maid dried raisins
• 40g chopped probiotic dried apricots
• 1 tablespoon almonds flakes
• 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract (7g)
• 1/4teaspoon of salt
• 1/3 cup of milk (80ml) + 1 tablespoon extra if needed
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder (5g)
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda (2.5g) + 1/2 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (for a fluffier texture)
•1 tsp ground cinnamon
