You might have come across viral recipe from masterchef “Zucchini Noodles”. The recipe is very easy and yet tastes delicious. This “No Maida” Noodles are delicious as well healthy too.
Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes
Ingredients
Zucchini cut into stripes
Butter
Peper powder
1 onion
1 tomato
4-5 garlic cloves
2 green chilli’s or red chilli
8-10 cashew nuts
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp tomato sauce
Salt
Method
In a kadai add 1 tbsp butter. Add Zucchini, Salt and pepper powder. Saute Zucchini for 3-4 minutes. Remove from kadai and keep it aside.
In a kadai Take 1 tbsp butter. Add onion, tomato, garlic cloves and green chilli’s. Fry till it becomes soft. Add fried mixture to blender along with cashew nuts. Add water and grind to paste.
In another kadai take 1 tbsp butter and grounded paste. Add chilli flakes, oregano, tomato sauce and Salt.
Add Zucchini Noodles to gravy and enjoy.
