INGREDIENTS:
Pasta 2-3 cups (Boiled)
Canned Corn 1 can
Capsicum 2 medium
Tomato 2 medium
Cucumber 2 medium
Olives. As much as you like
Grilled Chicken 1 cup (Cooked)
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
White Pepper 1/4 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Olive Oil 3-4 tbsp
Ranch dressing 1/2 cup
Thousand Island dressing (Optional) 3 tbsp
CHICKEN PREPARATION:
Chicken breast 1
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
White pepper 1/4 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Oregano powder 1/2 tsp
White vinegar 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Red chilli sauce 1tbsp
Salt 2-3 pinch
Red Chilli powder/Paprika powder 1/4 tsp
Step 1: Slice & Pound the Chicken
Slice chicken breast & pound it to an even ½-inch thickness. This both tenderizes the meat and ensures even cooking.
Step 2: Marination
Add all the mentioned ingredients & marinate it for 15-20 minutes minimum or you can marinate it overnight.
Step 3: Cooking
Add 2 tbsp oil in a pan & place chicken pieces & cook for 2-3 minutes each side. After removing the chicken from the pan/grill, let it rest for 3 to 4 minutes before cutting into it.
You can use any brand’s salad dressing plus you can make salad dressing at home, it is very easy & yummy. If you’ve any question feel free to ask.
