🥄 Jeera (Cumin seeds) – ½ tsp
🧄 Garlic (finely chopped) – 5-6 cloves
🥦 Cauliflower florets – 1 medium-sized (only flowers, no stems)
🧂 Rock salt (Sendha namak) – As per taste
🥛 Milk – 2 cups (full-fat or low-fat)
🌿 Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
🥄 Fresh cream – 1 tbsp
🧀 Cheese – As per taste (for extra richness)
🥜 Almonds – 6-8 (for roasting)
🍃 Fresh coriander – For garnishing

👨‍🍳 Step-by-Step Recipe for Water Fasting Cauliflower Soup
Step 1: Heat Butter in a Clay Pot
🔥 Take a mitti (clay) pot and heat butter on low flame.
⚠️ Be careful not to burn the butter.
