Some sandwiches just hit differently, and this Japanese egg sandwich is one of those. It’s so soft, so creamy, and honestly, so much better than anything you’d expect from a sandwich with just eggs and bread.

Ingredients:
• Bread slices
• 1 boiled egg, peeled
• 1 tsp mustard sauce
• 1 tsp mayonnaise
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Butter to toast

Method:
1. Prepare the egg mixture:
– Take eggs and boil for 5-7mins.
– Separate the boiled egg yolk and white. Mash the yolk in a bowl, then chop the egg white into small pieces.
– Add the chopped egg white to the mashed yolk, along with mustard sauce, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

2. Assemble the sandwich:
– Slice the bread loaf into thick slices.
– Toast the sandwich Toast the sandwich until the bread is lightly browned.
– Place one slice of bread on a flat surface.
– Spread mayonnaise on the bread.
– Spread the egg mixture on top of the bread.
– Place half of a boiled egg on top of the mixture.
– Place another slice of bread on top.

3. Serve: Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
