Ingredients:
Soaking: (Soak Rajma for 8 hours/overnight)
Rajma (chitra)- 1 cup
Water-2 cup

Boiling Rajma: (1 wistle in high flame & 2 wistle in medium flame)(check & cook more if required) (let cool completely)
Soaked Rajma
Water- Immerse Rajma fully/ should be 1 inch above Rajma
(Add fresh water/ Donot add soaked water)
Salt- 1/2 tsp

Cooking Rajma:
Oil- 2 tbsp
Black cardamom- 1
Bayleaf- 1
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Onion- 2 (medium sized)(fine chopped/grated)
Green Chillies- 2
Ginger-Garlic paste- 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder- 2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Tomato- 4 (grinded/ fine chopped)
Boiled rajma with water
Salt- as required
Kasuri methi- 1/2 tsp (crushed)
Coriander leaves- For garnish/flavour

Cooking Chawal:
Ghee- 2 tsp
Cloves- 4
Cardamom- 1
Cumin seeds- 1tsp
Green chilli- 1 (slit)
Basmati Rice/ Chawal- 1 cup
Water- 1 cup
(Wash rice thoroughly)
(Cook in an open vessel until rice boils & raises to the level of water, then close vessel & cook for 5- 10 mins in low flame)
