No-oven granola is a nutritious and easy breakfast option made without baking. It typically involves roasting ingredients like oats, nuts, and seeds in a pan without oil until crispy, then mixing in honey. Enjoy it as a snack, with milk or with yogurt and fruits.
INGREDIENTS
– 1 & 1/2 Cups Rolled Oats
– 2 Tbsp Almonds
– 1 Tbsp Cranberries
– 1 Tbsp Black Raisins
– 2 Tbsp Walnuts
– 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
– 2 Tbsp Raisins
– 2 Tbsp Cashew Nuts
– 3-4 Tbsp Honey
– A Pinch of Salt
RECIPE
– Roast the oats and low flame for 15-20 minutes or until crispy. Transfer to a bowl.
– Roast all the dry fruits except cranberries and raisins. Roast at low flame till crispy.
– Transfer to the bowl of oats.
– Add honey and mix well. Transfer this mixture to a kadai and cook for 15 minutes at low flame.
– Spread on a plate and let it cool down.
– The granola will now become crispy. Break it into smaller pieces.
– Add cranberries and raisins and mix.
– Store in an airtight container outside refrigerator. Stays good upto a month.
– Enjoy as a snack, with milk or serve with yogurt and fruits.
