This Khajur Walnut Cake is incredibly moist and easy to make. Its nutty flavour is a perfect for tea time snacks. Give it a try
Ingredients
1 cup Milk
1/4th cup oil
1/4th cup curd
1 tsp Instant coffee dissolve in hot water
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 cup All purpose flour / Wheat flour
1/4th cup coco powder
1/2 tbsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup chopped Walnut
1/2 cup chopped Khajur
Instructions
In a bowl take milk, oil, curd, coffee, vanilla essence and sugar. Mix it well.
In another bowl take all purpose flour, coco powder and Salt.
Add dry Ingredients to wet Ingredients and mix it well. Add baking powder and baking soda to Cake batter. Add chopped Walnuts and Khajur
Mix everything together.
Transfer batter in baking tin. Top it up with crushed Walnuts.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree centigrate for 15-20 minutes.
