Welcome to another amazing video. In this video I share Simple yet healthy Chicken-avocado Salad Recipe.
Ingredients;
Chicken breast
Lettuce
Tomatoes/cherry tomatoes
Avocado
onions,
honey
lemon juice
spices of choice
ginger & garlic paste
Directions;
Marinate your chicken with spices of choice, ginger&garlic paste,lemon juice,salt and cooking oil.
Shallow fry it in a pan till well cooked.
Wash your lettuce and cut into small pieces
Cut your tomatoes & onions into small pieces
Cut your your Avocado into cubes.
Assemble all the ingredients.
Dressing;
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon of black pepper
Salt to taste.
Mix well
Finally add the dressing into the salad and carefully mix.
Garnish with Sesame seeds.
