📋 RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– 2 tablespoons of water
– 1 egg
– Salt, oregano and paprika to taste
– 1 tablespoon of natural yogurt
– 1 tablespoon of coconut flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 10g of mozzarella cheese
– 1 slice of tomato
Makes 2 servings, each with 149 calories, 1g of carbohydrates (0.6g of fiber), 5g of protein and 11g of fat, approximately.
Microwave for 2 minutes or in a preheated oven at 180° C / 360° F for 10 minutes.
