✅ Barnyard Millet – 1 Cup
✅ Water – 2 cups
✅ Salt
✅ Grated Carrot- 1/4 Cup
✅ Grated Cucumber – 1/4 cup
✅ Boiled and grated beetroot
✅ Fresh Coriander Leaves – a handfull
✅ Fresh Mint Leaves – 5-6
✅ Boiled Millets – 1 bowl
✅ Curd – 1 bowl or as required
✅ Finely chopped ginger – 1 Tsp
✅ Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 Tsp
✅ Ghee – 1 Tsp
✅ Cumin seeds ( jeera) – 1/4 Tsp
✅ Mustard seeds ( rai) – 1/4 Tsp
✅ Urad dal – 1/2 Tsp
✅ Peanuts – 1/2 Tsp
✅ Cashew halves – 7-8
✅ Curry leaves – 8-10
