1 cup (150 g) green lentils.
Pre-soak lentils in cold water for 8 hours.
1/2 cup (80 g) corn flour.
1 teaspoon baking soda. Apple cider vinegar.
1/2 cup (75 g) walnuts.
1 cup (240 ml) water.
1/3 cup (60 g) psyllium.
Leave the resulting mixture for 10 minutes.
1/3 cup (50 g) pumpkin seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 390F/200C for about 60 minutes.
