• ½ cup suji (semolina)
• ¼ cup curd (yogurt)
• ¼ cup water
• 1 onion (finely chopped)
• 1 small carrot (grated)
• 1 green chili (optional, finely chopped)
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• ½ tsp cumin seeds
• 1 Tomato (finely Chopped )
• 1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
• 1 Cucumbers (grated)
• 1/2 Slice Ginger (grated)
• 1 tsp ghee/oil for toasting
• 1tsp Red Chili powder
• 100gm Tofu (chopped and marinate with red chilli powder , Salt , black pepper and oil)
